Video/Photo Colour Correction

Brightness, contrast, colour and the corner logo

FreeFallFilms processes every video and photo to make it pop - it's set to quite a high vibrance and saturation, so it stands out on the web and on Instagram. That's a matter of taste, so you can change it to suit your dropzone.

Changing settings for all your edits

In the edit app, open Settings and choose the Video Processing tab (for videos) or the Image Processing tab (for photos). Each tab has:

  • Show logo in corner - turns your logo on or off.
  • Vibrance, Brightness, Contrast and Saturation sliders. The examples at the top show how a bright day and a dull day will look.
  • Neutral - no processing at all.
  • Default - back to the FreeFallFilms settings.

Your changes apply to edits generated from then on. Edits that have already been made don't change.

Changing video settings per customer

There is no separate video setting for one customer. To change one customer's video:

  1. Change the setting in Settings › Video Processing.
  2. Click Re-Generate on that edit.
  3. Once it has finished generating, change the setting back.

Changing photo settings per customer

Photos can be changed for a single customer. On the photo review page, click Processing at the bottom left. It has the same settings as above; click Save and the jump's photos are made again with them. Your global setting doesn't change.
