"Why we (management & staff) love FFF:
The customer’s page gives jumpers a bunch of options using the same clips for whatever platform they may want to share their experience on.
FFF is a great way for TIs to pitch spec video sales without being pushy or having to show it to them before they leave the DZ.
QR codes auto generate and we don’t have to create packages!
The process of editing and uploads for spec vs. paid videos is the same and the system knows which customers are paid or unpaid.
The system is very good at knowing when there are minor issues and often fixes it on its own.
You can do basically whatever clips you want and aren’t locked in to having to shoot the exact same clips every time. It is also so easy to add clips from another camera if you need it!
The system won’t let you accidentally delete a package because of the failsafes!
Uploaded footage and past videos that aren’t in a package are always easy to find.
Uploads are always labeled by videographer and or student name as well as a time stamp making clips and specific videos easy to find.
The FFF app is great for filming the QR codes on the run… even in the airplane if you don’t have time to do it before the load!
Love the ability to have multiple videos on one memory card, and easily spilt them into different packages, especially when it’s busy and we're turning loads.
As a DZO, I love the email notifications when a package can’t be sent because of a missing or incorrect email address. We can usually catch it before the customer calls us wondering when their video will be sent.
We absolutely LOVE the ♥️ button to identify good video content for advertising! Such a huge time saver.
Most importantly, the developers respond quickly (even on the weekends) to questions or when there are issues that need addressed. Thank you!!"
